Make a booking is easy, simply use our online booking form below. Choose the correct package for your property, choose an available date convenient for you and then pay the £50 deposit. Your snagging inspection will be confirmed by one of our experts and your new build inspection will be booked in our system.

Once your booking is confirmed, you will receive an email notification along with simple form to fill out. Inside this form we ask for your address, developer and any floor plans you may have. 

Prior to the day of your new build snagging survey we will contact you to arrange access into your property. Arriving on time on the booking date our inspector will carry our the snagging survey. Ideally, there will be no one else in the property  to adhere to social distancing rules and the latest Covid 19 guidelines. 

Once the survey is complete, we will issue your snagging report within 24 hours 

Once the report has been completed we will send a payment request for the remaining balance of your invoice. Once this has been paid your snagging report will be sent to you via email and your developer. You will also receive a link where you can access your report online.
