End of Warranty Inspections

Conducted prior to the expiration of your 2-year builders warranty, the end of warranty inspection provides a valuable opportunity to evaluate the house for any potential defects that may have arisen during the settlement period. Below is a list of items we thoroughly examine during this inspection.

Roof
