Subsequently, the inspector will diligently refine your snagging report, ensuring its accuracy and completeness. Rest assured, you will receive your comprehensive reports within 24 hours of settling the invoice.

When is the best time to get a snagging survey?

The ideal time to conduct a snagging survey is immediately after receiving the keys to your property. If the survey is conducted prior to completing the purchase and receiving the keys, it will be classified as a Pre Completion Inspection in accordance with the New Homes Quality Code (NHQC) established by the New Homes Quality Board (NHQB). Please note that this type of inspection may have certain limitations on the aspects we can report.
